mcneil, it looks like you saw her, after she was instructed of the services that are expected from her to the customer, unlike uncle htownhammer, who seems to have TOFTT, by being one of the first ones, but thanks to htownhammer review, she seems to have change her services to GFE. this is just an asumption, but I believe is what happened, base on past experience at this agency, as the owner cares a lot for customer satisfaction. just MHO.
