I just got done posting a review on this one because I am so mad about it. I try to review any way, but most of my reviews have been pretty good. It was not something I said or did. I'm very laid back, and not offensive--a definite gentleman. It happened once before. I'm in my late 50s and generally have only 1 pop, and tend to get there quickly. What I tried to explain at the beginning of the session was that I know I am like that, and would prefer to leave the pop towards the end. I think this provider took advantage of that knowledge.
