If you are looking for local, try walmart or the teacher shops like teacher heaven or learning center.

I'm a huge fan of puzzles too!--try walmart, big lots, even the dollar store has some for cheap.

Kinda pricey but I tired of those that I got at yard sales, etc. that were missing pieces. Really a cruel joke especially when you are working one that has a very irregular shaped border!
Find a friend that will trade with you. That is what my wife does with most of ours.
