Having them leaving money before the session is tricky (pardon the pun) you may beat the rap but not the ride. On the other hand were you not to discuss money or services and start the fantasy there is not even a hint at illegality. Of course you would be relying on the honesty of the gent to pay off in the end.

My guess is that you would have to be pretty damn good for them not to find and destroy a recording of the event that they planned on distorting.
