As a local I hope it picks up for the DMV on this site like it never really did on the E site.
Might be wishful thinking but again keeping hope alive :).
I try to recommend OH2 to whenever I get the chance.

DC and VA on E was ok. It was rising with mongers and providers until the drama happened.
Contact and invite mongers and provider to this site. I have contacted all the ones I know.
E is going through current state due to new law in TX. There is similar law in work in VA, MD, WA, FL and others. Ave and eros are on target already with Subpoena.
OH2 survived first E massacre and still surviving on 2nd E massacre. I believe OH2 and few other will go strong.
So far I like it here.
