Unfortunately, the whole I'll give you the # when you get here is often used as a ghosting tool by providers. I hate the practice but am not sure what the answer is. I used to hit the strip clubs and get extras in the VIP room because it was so much easier. You just show up and pick who looked good that day. The anticipation was off the charts exciting.

Yes for providers known to BS, but not one person could ever say I've made them wait ever. Communication is one of my biggest strong suits. I make gents give me eta when they head my way so I'm sure to be paying close attention to my phone. I NEVER book folks back to back, unless that's their preference and I tell them that as well. But I've had folks try to pop up 20-30 mins early with zero warning and that's on them.

Just do your research, communicate and things will go just fine.

People need to remember that not all hobbyist are as nice or courteous as others, it is a HUGE safety concern and I can bet you he has certainly learned his lesson though and will never just pop up at another ladies place.

i'm in the "never go to the door" camp. too many ways this can go wrong. if it means it is easier to be ghosted .. shit happens. knowing the unit # will not protect a guy from a late turn down. put on your big boy pants and deal with it.

This! I have found out the last minute when a reference responded after I had given address to someone I had blocked previously under a different handle (other references had checked out but nobody mentioned the different handle part). Which could've ended very badly.

You are absolutely correct. If anyone does what the OP did I’ll go ghost too. I don’t see hobbyists who do this
