So it has been a long time... seeking intel/thoughts

When I come to DFW in April-- I will be spending a couple days on the Tarrant side. But there lies the quandry-- where should I stay?

I currently have 3 viable options-- note that any option is going to be a 3 star or nicer hotel.. I don't do "no-tells" or Motel 6 style locations.


1. Cityview (SW) area
2. South Arlington/Mansfield area (yes, I know to be cautious when it comes to LE in this area)
3. Midcities (HEB) area.


Open to thoughts and even suggestions not on the list that I hadn't thought of (No, I will not do Fossil Creek area).

Cityview is my vote. There's several nice spots there

Are you going to also be spending a couple of days on the Dallas side of town? If so, I'd go for the Cityview area. Great location for most west side hobbyists, and, being close to the biggest freeway keeps it easy for people to get there from afar.

South Arlington might seem like a good choice to get both Dallas and Fort Worth folks to visit, but, depending on the location, it might not be more convenient than a location that is a bit further from someone. And, as you mentioned, the active enforcement.

Midcities is always a good choice, but also the area (especially stretching to Fossil Creek) where most other Tarrant ladies already are.

If you're also going to spend time in Dallas, I'd recommend Cityview (get Tarrant hobbyists here, get Dallas hobbyists at your Dallas location). If this is your only stop in DFW, then Midcities (semi-convenient for all).

Cityview, larger cities are always safer. Arlington still lies, cheats and steals on traffic tickets.

HEB area has allot of serious hobbyist who like variety.

I recommend you avoid Arlington.

Cityview yeah I would plan a visit.

North Arlington where I'm at isn't bad tbh. The tourists hotels on 30 stay busy. My incall is private but sometimes I do need to get a room. I've never had any problems at all in those areas. As far as fort worth goes. Think about the tourists areas as well. Like the stockyards/rodeo. when it comes to midcites I've never had a problem in Bedford nearby restaurants at a Marriot.

I have met a few providers in the HEB area. Depending on time and traffic, it has worked out. Some really good, nice hotels. Easy to reach. Close to decent restaurants.

no worries. If the stars align I may be able to make my way up to North Asswhip (aka Galleria) if I can make it work with other business.
