The intermittent issue seems to be only symbols -- anything other than text and number -- and not always anything.
Some emojis seem to cause the forbidden action and others don't I have seen some threads with subject loaded from start to finish and no issues and others with only one maybe in the middle or one end or the start and bingo!
Best to go plain text and numbers at this time.

the apostrophe symbol for me always defaults to the ? symbol. not sure if its in view like that from only my devices or not.
