Let's talk resolutions & goals for 2024!

Some of my bigger ones are going to be getting back into weight lifting twice a day like I used to pre-kid days! Was seriously the best stress relief (outside of sex obviously lol). As well as trying to get into yoga and meditation! I'd also like to improve my diet and do more research on the bad chemicals and stuff they put in most foods that can actually trigger my ADHD more (red dye 40, etc). All of which should also help my migraines too!

I plan on hopefully getting a new SUV/truck and into a house further North next year too!

So what are some of yalls resolutions and goals for 2024!
