If by Jim's you are referring to the Jim's at 410 and Perrin Bietel, the space you are referring to was once occupied by Me and CA's, a pretty good karaoke joint and a frequent location of social after parties. It is long gone now. I do not know what may be there now.
The space behind the Magic Time Machine was once Raffles before they moved to the Crystal Baking Co building on 410. Now that old Raffles space is occupied by La Fonda, a Frontier Enterprises Mexican restaurant.
