I made an appointment via phone about an hour before. There is no sign on the road so you have to map it. The door was locked, but she came to answer after I tried the handle. It looks like a 1 person operation, so call ahead. she has a little waiting room. No table shower. I had a hard time communicating, but we figured it out.
