    I just don't understand the utter silence from the admins on this issue. Frustrating

    happening to me too, regardless of page, browser, device, etc. No VPN, no special settings. I work in IT, this is all on the hosting side and nothing to do with our setups. The certificate shows a DDOS attack was suspected and the host changed the cert to protect from the attack. admins need to contact the host and have it changed back to the correct cert.

    A secure web site (https) uses something called a "certificate". The current OH certificate expired long ago.
    It takes about 15 minutes to get a new cert. It's easy, I've done it literally hundreds of times.
    I've offered to help, with no response from admins.
