While the food was fine, I also thought it was overrated. There were also several articles at the end of the year that came out explaining that the line cooks at his restaurants make $12/hr while the wagyu tomahawk they serve costs $1100 so I have some ethical issues with that. I’ll be taking my business to Nick & Sams too :)

$12 an hour for a restaurant of that caliber?! That's absolutely vile.

Wonder if they have the regular tipping policy in place that acts like a trickle down to the rest of the employees?

Not that I would know what customers give up after they pay for the chow.

I prefer Ruth Chris. They way their steak melts in your mouth Nusr-et was nice but you’re definitely paying just to be in salt baes restaurant
