The rules on handles here are generally:
1) one handle per individual. 2nd handles cause concerns, as do "new" handles for someone with a known history elsewhere or registrations intended to block existing personas elsewhere.
2) handles that have been retired/unregistered/inactivated/guested either at member request or by management:
Support must approve any action thereafter, such as a new registration or resurrecting the pre-existing handle.
3) members are expected to respect the above community rules in order to maintain good order and discipline within the community
4) members who cannot respect other common hobby community expectations about spamming, thread hijacking, open insults, outing, stalking and the like may be cautioned, warned or arbitrarily disconnected without warning.
