Since I am not a provider, so then I can't answer this question; but do I feel for you since it must be very annoying!

However it would appear that posting your phone number and rates is likely to attract different types, than what you are attempting to reach, so then ignoring the crazies might just be part of how advertising works, when you give out too much information. Now you might consider changing your number and letting only your
"regulars" know your new one. There's also a Google phone that screens calls so you only have to answer ones you recognize or sound reasonable. Good Luck dear!
