Stuck on mobile version

It's stuck on Bulletin mobile version & not letting me access regular forums.
Doesn't show much at all.

How do I get out of mobile version?

You will need to go to your settings... General Settings... Forum Skin... change your setting there.

Don't forget to save your changes.

That's just it...
It doesn't show most of the site.
I don't see settings to access it and change.

Can't access via my profile either.

I searched settings and nothing.

Now I can't access my profile.
Question : Would it be easier to delete my account, then recreate it again?

I was on a friendlier skin version when I first logged on, but messed around and pressed mobile version, now don't have access to 95% of the site.
