Hey I am new to the Beaumont area. Will be in the area for about a month and looking for a regular for my stay.

You’re pretty much SOL unless you’re willing to venture to Houston just plan on saving your $ and take a one month sabbatical. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news but there is little to no decent providers in The Golden Triangle, the AMPS might be an option.
