Nacogdoches/Lufkin Area?

Are there any good providers up in the Lufkin/Nacogdoches area, where I recently moved? The areas most popular -- Tyler, Longview, Texarkana -- are a bit far for me to travel to easily given significant-other presence limitations. I do take rare trips to Houston or Dallas on business when I can roam free for a day or two, but I'm looking for someone closer to home for more regular interaction.

Back on ASPD, I remember reading something about Nurse Erin of Lufkin, but I don't remember if it was good, bad, or indifferent. Here's her p411 page, but not a lot of info to go on and no pictures:
