IMO, almost any photo out there on the 'net, especially any of those on escort sites should be considered pretty much "fair game."
Especially for those with "watermarks" indicating some sort of ownership.
In the instance above, the photo itself appears rather anonymous, but the subject in the photo has self identified, and the poster has agreed to its removal.
Staff would also consider "intent" in such postings and such removal requests.

In the Old Testament, King Solomon offered to cut the baby in half. The two claimants felt that would not be fair to the baby nor to each other and settled the matter jointly.
Case in point, "Solomonic" decisions hereabouts are gonna be rare and far between.
Staff is not set up to be judge and jury.
