Presently the website looks weird!

The layout seems off,

I am not able to click the upper right on the web page

All the menu choice categories up top have # hashtags e.g.
#vbflink_newposts##vbflink_pms##vbflink_faq##vbfli nk_calendar##vbmenu_community##vbmenu_actions##vbm enu_qlinks##vsaareg_invlink#

I am not able to edit my profile to add information anymore.
