Was in town for the first time this weekend and decided to reach out and test the waters. Charlottes responded to short notice request quickly and was able to accommodate my limited availability. Directions were easy to follow and everything was very clean. Scarlett spoke so so English and needed some rephrasing but ultimately we were able to hold a conversation so I'd call it a pass.
