Hour is the sweet spot. Hate the feeling of being rushed, and can't pop more than once anymore anyway so more than that is a waste. And often there's time constraints making more than an hour difficult even if I wanted to.

Before Covid I scheduled one hour almost exclusively. Never less.

Since Covid I schedule two or three hours. I like a more relaxed atmosphere that longer times permit.

90min is my favorite for those more into foreplay, but hour is definitely the sweet spot for me. Enough time to chit chat a little, get rubbed down, make it feel a little less transactional on both ends, and plenty of time for fun (because let's face it, average playtime length for most folks is like 20min total). That's if you're not huge on foreplay, or you take the massage out and skip as many pleasantries that 90min permits.

My biggest constraint is time: finding an opening in my work day is usually the only free time I?d have. Fun money can also take time to accrue, that can also impact my ability to book a visit over 30 or 60 minutes.

I mostly prefer hour long sessions. I book longer 90min sessions if I've known the provider for a bit.

I only book a 30min sessions for single activities that don't include FS such as massages and CW.

I find that 30 mins isn't enough time for me to climax. It feels rushed and I'm limited on activities. This normally means picking one position and staying there throughout the duration and that's no fun.
